• Reservation By phone 09 54 48 42 95/07 70 01 12 31 or by e-mail closdelisa.com; Upon receipt of your reservation request at Clos de Lisa, we will confirm our availability. You can also use our free online reservation at http // closdelisa.com. We send you a pre-booking agreement and our bank details by email then You have 48 hours to send us a deposit corresponding to 40% of the price of the room for 1 night or the price of one night per room reserved for any stay of 2 nights or more by bank transfer. Upon receipt of the transfer we will send you an email confirming your final reservation. Please write your transfer while respecting the following nomenclature: LAST NAME + FIRST NAME.

• Payment

The final payment will be made upon departure. Payments are accepted by bank transfer via internet or French check, ANCV holiday vouchers, or in cash. Tourist tax and breakfast are included in the price of the room, please see a supplement if using the extra bed.

In case of cancellation: if you cancel your stay less than 48 hours before your arrival (example: for an arrival on Saturday, your cancellation takes place after 00h00 on Thursday), we keep the amount of the deposit paid when you made your reservation.

Please be aware: for a reservations made for 3 or 4 rooms, or for 5 nights or more, the cancellation must be made at least one week before arrival. To cancel we ask you to call us or send us an email: you will then receive a message confirming the cancellation. Without this message the reservation is not canceled.

Addional fees may be applyed :

In case if the convertible bed  is used as an extra bed in the room  "Doelan Rive Gauche" family room then an additional fees will be requested as:

Person -10 years old: 10 euros

Person + 10 years: 17.50 euros

• Arrival and departure

Arrivals take place between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., except in special cases that we invite you to notify us in advance. You can  keep the room until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
